The comparison that actually matters

Physical staging in the UK is quoted per property and commonly combines design, furniture hire, delivery, dressing and collection. Supplier quotes vary widely with the number of rooms, location and hire period, so compare against a current quote for the instruction rather than a generic national figure.

For an empty rental between tenancies, an executry sale, or a flat that has to be marketed quickly, the practical comparison may not be physical versus virtual staging. It may be virtual staging versus leaving the room empty.

What it costs here

One listing, up to ten photos, is £19 as a one-off — £1.90 per staged photo with no subscription.

The Agent plan is £49 a month for six listings, and the Office plan £129 a month for twenty-five listings with three seats and a white-label gallery link. At ten photos a listing, that's about £0.82 and £0.52 per staged photo respectively. On annual billing, which is 40% cheaper, Office comes to about £0.31 per photo.

Re-rolls are always free and never count against your quota, so a room that doesn't land the first time costs nothing to fix. There's no per-render surcharge and no charge for the badged version.

What you are charged in

Prices on this page are shown in GBP, and that is the currency the checkout charges — the figure you read here is the figure on the statement, with no conversion in between. The same ladder is published in pounds, euros and dollars, so a UK instruction is priced in pounds rather than converted into them.

One thing worth knowing before it surprises you: Stripe fixes a customer's currency at their first payment. If you have paid us before in another currency your checkout stays in that one, and these pages quote it back to you rather than showing a price we could not actually charge.

QuickStaging does not add German VAT and the service is offered to business customers. A UK business may still need to account for UK VAT under the reverse-charge rules; the checkout price is the amount paid to QuickStaging, not tax advice for the customer.

What a listing includes

Up to ten photos, each with its own room type and furnishing style. A before/after gallery you can share. Both a clean and a badged version of every image, plus a ZIP of the lot with the disclosure note included. Unlimited re-rolls on any photo.

Photos render in parallel rather than in one queue, and the gallery link is emailed when processing finishes. Actual turnaround depends on the number of photos and current model load.

The honest limits

Virtual staging doesn't replace good photography. A dark, wide-angle-distorted photo of an empty room produces a dark, distorted photo of a furnished one — the input resolution and framing carry straight through, and the output preserves your original aspect ratio deliberately.

It also must not fix a property. Damp, dated kitchens and awkward layouts should remain visible; the agent must reject any generated image that conceals or changes them.
